Antoine greeted us with warmth, kindness and respect. The sign up was done without a flaw. After suiting us up with life vests, he escorted us to the dock and helped us on to a very clean and fairly new boat! After carefully guiding us through the check in process of the boat and explaining the lay of the river we went off. What astounded us even more was how he greeted us when we returned to dock; he kindly suggested that we had five or so minutes to spare and waved for us to continue up to the locks and back so we could fully utilise our allotted time…and this was all just at closing time! This young man should be awarded a medal for his service and most important, his human approach towards his clients. He is definitely a worthwhile employee and should be by held with respect and esteem and rewarded accordingly! Overall a wonderful experience thanks to this wonderful young man!🙏👌🏾🧿👍🏽

Very good experience. Friendly welcome. 1.5-hour trip on the Sambre with the family. The boat was stable and easy to maneuver; the 7-year-old had a lot of fun behind the wheel.
